ENTERPRISE QUALITY ASSURANCE & TESTING ENGINEER

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.
• Develop comprehensive test plans outlining scope, approach, resources, and schedule.
• Design detailed test cases covering all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Configure test environments matching production specifications.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, compatibility, localization, and accessibility testing.
• Log defects with detailed reproduction steps and evidence, track lifecycle, and verify fixes.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Validate REST/SOAP API functionality, performance, and security.
• Verify database integrity, constraints, and performance.
• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests.
• Conduct security vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Test native, hybrid, and web mobile applications.
• Prepare daily/weekly test execution reports and release metrics.
• Verify release notes, conduct sanity testing, and validate production deployment.
• Identify process improvements and implement QA best practices.
• Participate in requirement reviews, standups, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related field
• Technical Testing Expertise (Functional, Non-Functional, API, DB Testing)
• Experience in Test Automation & Scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Documentation skills
• Agile/Scrum/SAFe Methodologies knowledge
• CI/CD & DevOps Integration experience
• Analytical & Problem solving Skill
• Stakeholder Communication & Leadership
